ECE Camp 2017 - Metamorphosis

Raging inside as I write this post (for the second time!!) Was actually done with it but chrome decided to crash on me when chrome decided to crash on me! Cancer sia.

Well now that I'm back at this post, I hope I can remember what I was trying to express previously.

Soooooo, was supposed to write this right after the camp ended but obviously, I'm late again. Forgive me, my dear readers (I wonder how many people actually bother to keep following my blog to check for updates... Leave me a comment plox)

*Problem with goldfish memory is that I can't even remember what I wrote right before this so it's probably going to be a bit different from what I initially wrote ... :(*

Let's start this post off proper!

BME Camp 2017 - KINGS: Return of Ea

Time for a super duper late post. BME CAMP 2017!
Yes, camp happened at the start of June and it's the start of August already. Forgive me for my horribly packed schedule this summer that I have zero time for myself, let alone to write blog posts. But rest assure this post had been planned for since the camp ended, just that I really have no time to write. Brace yourselves as this will be a really long post (gotta start it way back from the planning stage all the way till the execution)

So let's throw back all the way to May when we actually started preparing for this camp. (Yes it's really late to start planning for a camp 1 month before but well, our camp turned out fine so yay). If I were to summarise the planning stage, I'd use one word to describe it, CANCEROUS. Have to clarify this, not to say that the people involved were bad, but it was just really rushed and there wasn't any concrete plan to it. And of course, me being the kancheong spider started panicking for no good reason (or maybe there was a really good reason and that would be that camp was supposed to happen in 1 month). Really thankful for all the people who were not in main comm but decided to help us out in programs and also vetting our proposal. Much love for you guys. Planning stage eventually went alright with a few minor changes here and there and we cleared Prof. Lim in one go so yay!

Now time for camp!

EnginRAG ERAG ERAG

And aft 1.5mths of dancing and preparing for the big day, it's over~
Can't believe that this journey in RAG has come to and end, but fear not, once a RAGger, always a RAGger. Already set my mind on coming back to help out next year. RAG has definitely been an amazing journey and as I have said on my Insta post, I really treasure the friendship we've forged and the memories we share. Honestly, never really expected myself to step out and do something so different like dance. Although I always wanted the opportunity to dance, I knew I didn't have the talent and ability. Being part of RAG and dance was really something that came across my mind and really blessed to be able to be part of this whole experience.

BME Camp!!

Late post, but better late than never!
BME camp was 2 weeks ago and it was pretty awesome. Nice to have met new friends and it's funny how I met a few familiar faces haha. (Had a good catch up with Wei Ling, my secondary school classmate and funny how my EnginCamp SP is now my OG mate hahaha)

Honestly, I still enjoyed EnginCamp more, maybe because of the people or maybe just because I had a really bad SP experience, but the camp was still really really fun!!

Time for the picture spam. (Can't really remember the details of the camp now, but I'll try to summarize it..)

赠人玫瑰,手有余香。

"A bit of fragrance always clings to the hand that gives the rose"

Seldom do double posts but I felt that this deserves a special post. 11 June marked the end of my final commitment, SL Project PAKO. Started off 2 SLs at the start of this year and I can say that it wasn't an easy journey. Through all the ups and downs, we managed to conclude both Growing 2gether and PAKO successfully. Shall dedicate this post to everyone who helped out in one way or another.

Too many things are coming to an end

It's been ages since I last updated this blog (oops), was really bust with lots of school work and extra stuff. So here's a little  okay, maybe not so little update on my life so far.

It's June holidays now and it's really a muggathon (mugging-marathon lol) Well, in JC, there is no such thing as holiday, especially not when A Levels in like in 5 months (or less). Life has been really tough these past few months, loads of commitments, school work and shit to handle, but everything's fine now.

18 years~~

Hello World! I'm finally back. It's been ages since I last posted haha. Well, life hasn't been easy for the past 2 months but nonetheless, I'm back haha. Now for a little update. January flew by in a flash. Didn't really have much time to spend on myself. Well, February is almost half gone and BT1 is coming. NOOOOOOOO.......... Now for a quick summary of life and reflection.

In January, I did something pretty crazy. I decided to join squash for training. Those who know me will know that I'm not really the sporty kind (Ok, I play sports but still, I'm not the type that can handle such rigorous trainings). I would say that I really enjoyed those days training with the team and picking up the sport. But all good things must come to an end I guess. It's quite saddening that the school wouldn't allow me to take on 2 school teams (considering that I've already secured my spot in the Badminton team) I decided to leave squash. It wasn't an easy decision weighing in the fact that I won't really get to play for the team in Badminton. Just going to take this chance to thank my squash teammates for teaching me so much and for helping me pick up the sport so quickly. Also, thanks Coach Zainal for putting in so much effort to teach me and help me learn faster. I'll be back in the squash courts someday I guess. (Might consider joining squash in the future haha cuase it really is a very fun and good sport to relax)

The rest of January wasn't really all that eventful except Lao's Birthday !!!!!! Jasmine is the oldest in Mahboobs so her birthday is first !!!! First birthday of the year, first birthday in 7C and first one to be legal and can buy me alcohol hahaha (Please don't mistaken that I'm an alcoholic please, I just love the taste hahaha) It was an awesomeue day as we split her celebration into 2. First was the cake and birthday song during recess and the best part came after school. (Shall not reveal too much here. It's for us to know and you to find out hehe)

February is what I would like to call my most exciting month. From celebrating my birthday to CNY and many many test. This month is just super busy for me. So as not to bore everyone to death, I shall focus on 3 main events.

1. Happy 18th Birthday to Me
Yes! It's finally here! I'm finally legal to drink and buy toto haha. Celebrated my birthday at home since it's HBL day aka slack day. I actually planned to go to USS with my family but since I couldn't finish my HBL work on time, we stayed at home.

The first surprise I received was from MahBoobs. (Thanks guys) yups I got pretty notebooks which I'm going to put to good use and FOOOOOOD. THANKS GUYS. Y'ALL KNOW ME TOO WELLLLLL!!!!!

Me and my wonderful gits courtesy of MahBoobs
Group Selfie !!

Second part of the birthday celebration was from my parents. Really didn't expect my mum and dad to get me a cute princess banner and helium balloons haha. (I'm a kid again, a legal kid that is)

Had awesome cake and ate my birthday all-time favourite, DRUMSTICK FROM KFC haha. It's been a long time tradition that I've been following. Every birthday I'll have a drumstick from KFC to munch on haha.

2.Fun under the Sun
Spent quite a bit of time this month under the sun. From running around to cover orientations games to getting rammed by running J1s during War Games, it's been a really awesome photography journey. As Term 1 comes to an end, my life as HC Photographer is almost ending. In about 2-3 months time, we'll all be stepping down, but that doesn't mean that it's the end of my photography journey hehe. Do look out for my pictures on my facebook profile. Add me.
FaceBook and tag all your friends in the pictures.
Thumbs up to the guy who reminds me of lion king

Awesome hair sia

Our dear Fac Head preparing for war

To add on to the tanning, I've recently been into playing Frisbee. Yes, you heard it. I'm becoming like one of those high school boys flicking around school. But that doesn't mean that I'm not freaked out by flying objects haha. It's actually quite fun when you play with people of the same standard and everyone is having fun.

Got quite tanned after Tuesday's ultimate session with the badminton rec club people. Shout out to the awesome people ! Confident to say Bad. Rec people are SUPER NICE (minus some haha) So here's a big thank you to those in my group (Bryan Chia, Student of the Year Jin Kai, the Quan brothers Hong Quan and Wei Quan, Rachel, Wan Ling, Cheryl Mah,Xue Er who's no longer with us P.S. Do well in Squash kays and that stupid Banana who is randomly crashing ahah)

3. CNY Celebration & POP
Yesterday!!!!!!!!

Celebrated my first and last CNY in Hwa Chong. It's pretty awesome. Did my first LoHei for the year as well. Shout Huat until I lost my voice haha #toodamnfail

Had a lot of fun running around taking pictures of everyone and trying to find people in the crowd. But I have to say, the food in the street market is a rip off. Who sells a small bowl of food for like $2.

Sneak Preview of the Lion Dance by High School

After the celebration the J1s had POP. It's super nice to watch them dance again (Reliving the good'ol days of J1 when we were once so carefree and relaxed)

Who dare mess with us will be Roti Prata

Shall spend the rest of my CNY editing photos and writing more blog posts.

A little bit about life

HIGH-LOW!!!!!

It's been a really long while since I updated (almost a month since my last update) now on with life...

Time really flies and a lot of things happened within this short period of time (by A LOT I really mean A LOT)

1 month of madness:
- Photog ExCo stuff
- HC Art Fest
- Getting back LT
- Badminton (or the lack thereof)
- PW grouping and more PW toot
- Load and LOADS of school work
and plentiful of crap that happened

Now to start off, it's seasons for badminton! However, contrary to popular belief, YES I AM IN BADMINTON (NOT RECREATIONAL) but I'm not competing this year (sadly... cause I came in too late for registration and yups...) In order for the coach to focus on the the competitive, I've been excused from training (yay?) Haven't had the chance to mix with the rest of the team (and this awkwardness will get worse once the seniors step down. they already have 2 singles and 1 doubles + the fact that I train doubles doesn't make life any easier. I guess I can only pray for the best and somehow just make it through the next 12 months)

Photog stuff hasn't been easy either. People may think that Photographic society is a "slack" CCA, but I assure you, there's more than meets the eye. Running for ExCo wasn't the easiest thing to do for me (standing up front and giving a speech, NO WAY stage fright dudes + interviews? I'm a freaking joke la) Results were released today and sadly I didn't get in but the experience was worth it though. To be honest I'm quite happy with the new ExCo and would really like to congratulate everyone that got in and also to those we are like me, it's fine, at least we tried our best. I wish the ExCo will do their best to make CCA more fun and meaningful for us and hopefully a camp/exchange program soon?

Art Fest is next week and I would say it's not easy being in the OT (to be honest, is life even easy to start with?) When we first met up, we thought we had a lot of time on our hands, but time FLIES!!!!!!!! It's next week and we just got our stuff ready. Gonna have to stay back tomorrow to do more hands on craft. Art Fest will not fail, I WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO FAIL!!!!!!

My academics haven't really been great either. Idon;t know if it's because I still can't get a hang of the stuff here, I'm not putting in enough effort, or I'm plain DUMB (I believe it's the last option...) Like seriously, how can a person fail so many tests and it's not only one subject. Though my econs may be good the rest of my school work is like shit. Sometimes I really doubt my decisions in life. Was it a right choice to follow my dreams and getting myself in a Science stream, or should I have just gone into my forte in the Arts stream? I know that nothing much can be done now but I can't help but have that question stuck in my head. Being in such a good class isn't helping at all. This class is seriously quite zai la (as quoted from my chem teacher) and being in the bottom half (meaning way way bottom) is not really the best place to be. (but I lessthan3 this class to the max. They're quite awesome to be honest) I guess there's nothing much I can do but MUGGGGGGGGG.

To add on to the academic pressure, there's this "adorable" subject known as PW (dun dun dun....) I swear, this is the thing that steals our sleep away. It's like we spend 3 hours doing our PI DRAFT which carries on for like at least a month and what's the weightage? Less than 10% (like seriously WTF) Well, now that PI stage is over, we have GPP (like damn these acronyms...) Well at least this is a better stage cause I have my AWESOME group members. Though I don't say this often but I HEART my group, can't ask for a better group to be honest. (At least I'm kinda comfortable with the people in my group and most importantly I don't have to put on a goody goody image) If I were to describe my group I would say we are a big ROJAK, like all of us have quite distinct personalities but we mix quite well (maybe some better than others and some are just like the bangkuang that gets on our nerves when we eat too much)Next stop it WR and OP. I'm sure our PW group will do well with all our epicness and the brains (minus mine)

Work load is starting to be a little bit more manageable, well at least I get to sleep in a little later (cause I found out that don't freaking need to be in school so early and after being ALMOST late a few times, I kinda found the best timing for me to get to school on time and have more sleep hehehe) Late nights are starting to get normal (I guess this is something that every JC/Poly kid will have to go through, the sleepless nights and crazy eye bags...) There have been days where I've survived on 4 hours of sleep and not break anything in the chem lab. But I guess I'm getting used to it already. (less sleep actually makes me more active except during lectures, that I'm not too sure)

Last but not least, the most awesome thing that happened within this month was.....

ARES FACULTY OUTING!!!!!

I would say that I wasn't too thrilled for it at first cause they forced me into a skirt but it was indeed a PROMISING night!!! Really had a lot of fun with the class at the photo booth. Photo booths are SUPER FUN!!!!

Though it wasn't full attendance, but it was fun with the people there nontheless. Oh and before I forget, CONGRATZ YONG HONG FOR BEING OUR NEW FAC HEAD!!!!!!!!

Now to look forward to the next FO
Grabbing a picture with the girls (Photo credits to my awesome photog prezzie Chee Peng)

With the banner with MAHBOOBS (MIA: 花老大 & Blurgurl97)

Honouring our darling flower power 老大

And because I'm so hyped up by Ares FO...
I'm going for Artermis FO this Saturday!!!!! (so egg-cited!!!! and I even got a new dress from Groupon, not bad siol)

* TBH I intended this post to be a little more depressing at the start cause you can't blame me for being a little bit disappointed that I didn't get into ExCo. But after looking back at what happened this month and reading all the encouraging tweets and msgs from my classmates and friends, I can't bring myself to be emo over such a little thing in life.

Toodles,
Sam

A little update on life~

Term 2 started and it's week 2 already.

For now, life isn't all that hectic yet but with all those tests and projects pouring in, it's gonna get tough.

Happy that I kinda survived thus far in a new school without killing anyone (yet... cause there are some who really get on my nerves at times) and I guess I won't be surprised if people hate on me. (haters gonna hate)

To some, my life may seem to be perfect ( well, good at least) but I already starting to feel the pressure building up. I have to say that I kinda regret taking on so many things at once. Having 2 CCAs ( I'm suppose to be in competitive badminton yet no one is telling me to go to training and I'm lost like a toot and Photog is sooooo active), preparing for my OCIP Nepal in June (Did i say I was going to Nepal, so egg-cited, but it's really gonna take a lot of my time. Lucky that I'm in Pub comm. The people there are soooooo nice and funny (Y) ) and all those weird projects the world is throwing at me...

It's not that I don't like projects and groups works, but sometimes, it's the people that you work with that makes things fun for you. Imagine working with someone who you totally can't stand, or maybe someone who you cannot even talk to, how to survive doing a project with them. I don't really hate on anyone in my class la but there are just some people that I cannot even talk to like AWKWARD TTM.

Now back to the ranting...

Being the same old me is kinda sad at times.
The only reason why I'm back on this blog is because I have no freinds. (Yes I said it, I'm becoming more and more of a loner. Besides my buds, who else? Mahboobs are always studying and I dun wanna disturb them, I wouldn't say I'm close to my OG... Being the nice person I am, I just don't wanna disturb the world with my attention seeking ways.) And thus, returning here, I rant.

All this while people may think that I have a lot of friends and ya, I show a very friendly side of me but, people only come to me when they need help, and when everything is fine, tata (not everyone is like that, for those who don't I dun wanna disturb them) and thus I'm left alone, AGAIN

Life is always like that to me. There's the social boom period that lasts for like a day and the rest of the month, I suffer lonely days and nights.

I walk a lonely road and I walk alone. I've survived without depending on anyone for the past 17 years, I can survive the rest of my life the same way though I don't always want it that way. (well, do I look like I have a choice?)

Signing off,
Sam

SCHOOL'S OUT! (or so I thought)

MARCH HOLS ARE HERE!!!!

After 3 weeks in a new school, it's finally the holidays. I can't help it but be really thankful that there is a break from school. There's just so much that I need to do to try to catch up with (not only work but also other stuff).

I am dumb and I can't help it! I am seriously lagging behind the class by a lot. (like who the F gets such bad results for pop quizzes) This break is seriously gonna be a good time for me to really pull up my non-existent socks and really buck up on my work.

*I'm gonna say this hoping that no one from my class or OG sees this. It's not like I hate them or anything, in any case, they're all really awesome and nice people, but I find a need to rant out my thoughts. Anyway, I don't think anyone will read this blog if I don't post the link. So here it goes...*

And in other news:
(I hope I don't offend anyone...)
It's a good break from society. I need to clear my mind and get my head sorted out. I still can't tell who is genuinely my friend and who is just a freaking 2-faced Medusa (hopefully no one) After all that has happened in Sec 1, I am really becoming more paranoid to the people around me (except my buds) It's not that I'm anti-social or anything, but my senses are telling me to be more careful around some people and really stay away from others. I've been really careful with what I say and do (Trying not to turn the whole world against me is really hard okay)

(No offence to the people in my class seriously.)
My class is nice and all but sometimes I can't help it but feel left out. It's not that they don't involve me (though at times I think it's intentional) but being a JAE kid, it's not all that easy to TRY to blend in with the rest. I really envy some of my JAE classmates who really blend in really well. I try (or maybe it's not hard enough) At times I really wonder, why am I in such a class, I should be somewhere else, I don't belong there. They're all so smart and gifted and there is me POTATO! Tryna catch up both in academics and social life is really draining all of me. [Not that I don't like the class but, I think I should have gone to another school so that I wouldn't be struggling so much] I love the people in my class, especially my group of JAE friends, but it's really getting on my nerves that I'm an outcast (or so I thought)

This holidays will really be a time for me to chiong my work and also reflect about how horrible I've been for the past 3 weeks to the people around me. I know I'm a horrible friend and an extremely terrible group mate/ partner. *sighs*

Now to think about transferring out....

Signing off,
Sam

I'm a HWACHI!!

Ever since school started, I haven't found the time to continue blogging (I know I still have 4 more posts for my Europe trip) but I've decided to write this post first.

I received my O level results about 1 month ago and I was really happy to get what I got. I still can't believe that I did so well (though it's not the perfect score, it's still quite awesome to get such good grades) I had 5 A1s, 3A2s and a B3 for HCL which is like super duper surprising. So, my L1R5 is 3 nett. I am really thankful for all the support from my family, friends and the school for helping me achieve what I did. (Special thanks to Mr. Keong who really helped me a lot not only in Math but also being such a great teacher. He really helped me a lot throughout my upper sec years. He also guided me really well through my leadership role in Badminton to THANKS A LOT MR KEONG.)

After getting my results, I had 5 days to decide which school to apply for. It definitely wasn't an easy decision. I  always had my mind set that I wouldn't do so well but just well enough to get into ACJC but now I can practically go to any JC/Poly course I wanted. After thinking for a really long time and visiting many Open houses (and getting really tanned during this period) I finally decided to give Hwa Chong a try. People around me advised me to give it a try since it is always better to choose top schools. I was quite sceptical about getting into Hwa Chong since there are many top scorers in Singapore.

Finally after a long wait, I received my posting on 5 Feb. I was accepted into HWA CHONG which was really surprising. I feel really blessed to be able to get into such a good and prestigious school. Reporting to school on 6 Feb, I met my OG for the first time. It wasn't really what I'd expected it to be. I was kinda awkward with my group and sadly because I decided to go for the KI trial lesson, I totally missed the ice breakers. I was quite hard to fit in afterwards since I didn't really know anyone. (but at least I managed to make a few friends before I left)

I spent my first 4 days with my OG and I felt like I was seriously anti-social (though I'm actually not if you get to know me) The people in my group knew each other and were in their own groups and I thought I'd end up reverting to my sec 1 life again. Fortunately, as time past I managed to get to know each of them better (maybe not all but at last majority of them) and realised that they were really cool people. Time flew past and soon we were split into classes.

I was lucky to have someone I knew from my OG in my class because at least I wouldn't be as awkward as before. My class is super cool and bonded though we only just got to know each other. I was really glad that my class is so nice and enthu.

Coincidentally, my birthday fell on one of the CT orientation days and I was really surprised that my class actually bought me a cake (aww I love you guys.) It's really touching that they did it for me because we only knew it each other for 1 day and they make me feel so LOVED

14th Feb, Valentine's day marks the last day of our orientation. It's quite saddening that we are going to start school. As you can tell I really wasn't close with my OG but somehow, something in me just told me to join them for campfire night. And I have to say that it was really the best decision that I made. It was really fun doing SODACHE with the guys and I guess it really brought me closer to the rest. (To my CT, I love you guys too)

Orientation is officially over and I really would like to thank some people that really made my 1st week in school so fun and memorable.

Thanks Deborah and Li Wen for being such wonderful OGLs and letting us ship you guys. You guys really helped me a lot and helped me understand HCI better.

Thanks OG2! I know I haven't been the best OGM to you guys and I am always in my own world but thanks for creating so many memories with me and for being so nice and funny. I hope we stay in touch and meet up and have more outings soon.

Thanks 14S7C for being such a wonderful class! I am so looking forward to our 2 years together and I really hope that we can bond and be the best class ever.

To all those people who had to suffer dancing with me and standing beside me during SODACHE Thanks for not pointing out that I seriously suck at singing and dancing (I am a horrigible dancer and my voice seriously sucks I know)

4 faculties, 1 HWA CHONG!

Wow!

Was just looking through my old posts on this blog and WOW...

I started this blog when I first entered Crescent in 2010 (that explains the name) and I didn't really expect anyone to read this. I found it as an avenue to vent my frustration (have to say I didn't really enjoy the first few months in the new school)

Can't believe time really flies by so fast. It's already 4 years and I can't believe that all that I'd experience in the first few months really happened.

Now I don't regret choosing this school and I'm totally in love with the people here.

G1'10/11 was quite tiring with all the politics and stuff but things turned out fine after a while and it was through those bad times that I see who really are my true friends.

C2'12/13 is just awesome. I thought they would be all clique-ish and I wouldn't blend in well (and be the loner I am) but after 2 years with them, I kinda found a way to blend in and stay unique. I really have to thank the teachers for insisting on arranging our seats for us, if they didn't, I doubt I would be able to make such good friends (with my crazy table buddies) It's really fun and after 2 years I realised that the people in my class are really different from the first impressions I had of them. I thought many of them were very stuck up and unfriendly, but after 2 years, I realised that they are really nice. I guess the class also go to know me better (they realised that I wasn't as normal as they think I am haha )
Our class outing to Sentosa
June'13

The Sakhoochang/LIM0NCELLO family is just AWESOME!!!! Can't believe I made such good friends in a girls' school. I stepped into the school with the mindset that I would just go through 4 years being a loner and minding my own business but I was really dead wrong. It all started with a fall..... but it ended well. (can't believe that my Superwoman stunt on the third day of school helped me make friends for life. Seems like that painful fall and the scars are all worth it)

Grad Nite'13

CrezBadminton'13 is a place that holds many many memories. We all suffered under the rein of our seniors who "tortured" us with all that vigorous training and physical. We've seen the transition of leadership and coaches. Most importantly, we've been through the painful times when all does not go well. That time in sec 2 when we were elated to make it into the finals and later to find out we are disqualified due to a clash in schedule with our internationalisation. And those times when we lament about those tough trainings that our juniors would never understand.Walking down the rotunda with our legs hurting like hell and then running 4 levels down so that we won't be late for training (and get more punishment). Not forgetting the times when we didn't even have a place to train and would have to leave school to go to Henderson CC for training. Oh those were the days...  It's been a really great experience with the team. (To think that I once wanted to quit and I ended up representing the school and finally graduating as a vice-captain. It was a smart choice of mine not to leave)
With my fellow captains
P6 Open House'12

Crescent really changed me as a person and left a mark in my life. I can't believe I found such people in my life and I really will never forget the experience I had in this wonderful school.

Prom!!!

So here's a prom post.
It's really very very late (like prom was almost a month ago)

To sum it up, prom was AWESOME!!!!!!!
Thanks to all the teachers and principals that worked so so hard to make our grad night super awesome. Also, thanks for the MC of the night, Adam from 9.13fm for making our prom so crazily fun.

We all had the night of our lives and parties like crazy. It was super fun. Especially the ending part when the dance floor was open, everyone was dancing like we were in a club. (Under-aged ㅠㅠ)

Managed to grab a shot with my all time favourite, crazy, many inside joke buddies
 #ootd with my bestie

Took many photos but didn't really manage to grab a pic with everyone which was quite a pity since everyone was super pretty and the dresses were awesome.

I'm soooo missing the moments. It was really fun.

Once again, thanks to everyone who made out grad night possible.

It was indeed a starry starry night #crescentlove

WOOPLA

Hello On-line world!

I doubt anyone still reads this blog, but I'm gonna do this random update for old time's and memory sake. It's been a super duper long while since I updated (kinda neglected this blog since I'm on other social platforms now)
So for an update of my life....
It's already December and the year is coming to an end. Can't believe that time pasts by so so freaking fast. At around this time last year I was still freaking out about Os and now it's all over (it's been over for a while now)
I've been slacking to the max and going out almost everyday since Os ended.
So here's the highlights of what'd happened and what to look out for for the rest of the holidays (not much left but who cares...)

1. Prom night
2. Shopping and Craziness
3. Photo shoot outings
4. Korean class (finally I've started!!)
5. VACATION (EUROPE!!!!!!!)

That's about it.
Results are coming out in mid-Jan so hope for the best and if all goes well, I'll be going to JC and I'm so looking forward to that.
(Being in an all girls school for the past 4 years, it's normal to be missing hanging out with guys. Though I have guy friends but it's not the same hanging with older guys kay)
So shall update soon (hopefully)

Chao,
Sam

Finally....

Finally~

I seriously don't know if this is a relief or a wave of nostalgia.
It's the last day of the June hols and I'm all ready to get back to school and CHIONG my way all the way to Os.
It's been a great holiday and I really got a good break. Now it's time to work hard and study like a CRAZY MAD COW!
Anyway, the school had planned for a Night Study Session Zzzz for us !!!! It's gonna be like those Korean Drama where the kids actually go back to school in the night JUST TO STUDY IN THE AIR CON LIBRARY !!!!!!
It's gonna be like SO COOL!! I'm pretty excited for it if you can't already tell.

Today is also my last day in tuition. I don't really know what to say. Although I don't really enjoy tuition, neither do I enjoy Alex's occasional bad jokes and wasting of time, tuition is already like part of me. I started A Math tuition last year cuz I failed my first A Math test and it was somewhere in Feb-Mar. I've come so far with this weekly routine that I think I may miss it now that it's ended TT_TT
[Actually, I kinda regret not checking the guys out sooner, didn't notice there were a few eye-candies in there... Now I wun get to see ECs no more]

When school starts tomorrow, it'll be the Sec 4's last semester in Crescent. Can't believe that it's already coming to an end. I still remember when I first stepped into Crescent, I was quite scared with this All-Girls thing. I still remember the days when I ended up being Emo and missing the guys :P Though occasionally, I still miss fooling around and getting into trouble with guys, but I've found unexpected friends in Crescent that really light up my life there. The "office" is really a place where I found fun, joy and laughter in Crescent and it's really unexpected that I ended up there. Never thought I would find guys in a girls school, to be more exact, guys who actually ended up being my Gors Friends ... It's really great being there and it's sad to know that so many of them had already left or is going to leave even before we graduate. Now when I walk in, I don't see those old faces that used to scare me when I go there when I was Sec 1... [ Can't believe that I used to be so scared of that place, now we're just like buddies in there...]

Crescent have left with me so many wonderful memories ( though the road started off pretty tough and I do have some painful memories...) and I am going to create more perfect ones in the coming semester, though our major exams are coming up, we're still gonna have fun and study hard together as a class and with my buddies.

I promised some people that when I graduate, I would come back to visit in my JC uniform and I will keep that promise. Can't let those who have put in so much effort on me down right?

4C2, if you guys ever see this post, which I don't think anyone would...(If you actually do, leave me a shout out in the chat box) All the best guys! We will work hard and do our school proud. Like our class motto, THE SEA IS TOUGH BUT WE'LL STAY TOUGH, WE'LL MAKE IT THROUGH, GO 4C2!!!!!

"C2 on top of the world"

Cheers,
Sam
